15.$ flat fee (+ GST/HST) up to 2 kg. = Island of Montreal ONLY

17$ flat fee (+ GST/HST) from 2 - 4kg. = QUEBEC (outside Montreal)

25$ flat fee (+ GST/HST) from 2 - 4kg. = Other Canadian Provinces

45$ flat fee (+ GST/HST) up to 1 kg. = NWT, Yukon, Newfoundland & Labrador

45$ flat fee shipping (+ GST/HST) up to 1 kg. = Nunavut

Orders are shipped by Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using Canada Post's online tracking tool.

BUY ONLINE & PICK-UP - As our physical shop is now closed, PICK-UP orders are not available at this time.

Orders are shipped by Canada Post / USPS for 48 contiguous states in the United States. 
Shipping is not available for other locations at this time.

Please note: Extra fees for shipments outside of Canada may incur (Duties, Brokerage, Other Customs Charges, etc.) and are your responsibility.

We offer shipping via CanadaPost.

The fee will be calculated depending on the weight of your order.

For orders up to 1Kg -

International Surface - not tracked: $20

International Air - not tracked: $40

International Tracked - 6 days: $70.00

For orders from 1Kg up to 2Kg

International Surface - not tracked: $30

International Air - not tracked: $60

International Tracked - 6 days: $80.00

All applicable customs fees and taxes associated with buying goods from LUNCH PORTER are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

You can then proceed to checkout and choose the shipping method you prefer.



MONTREAL / QUEBEC - Orders are delivered in 3 to 5 business days in Montreal (Quebec region) for most major cities. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for remote areas.

OTHER CANADIAN PROVINCES - - Orders are delivered in 3 to 5 business days for most major cities. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for remote areas.

USA - Orders are delivered in 5 to 10 business days for most major cities. Expect longer for remote areas.



No exchange or refunds.

If you are not 100% satisfied you can return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the $10 return shipping fee). All we ask is that you return items back to us in the original packaging and make sure the item is in the same condition you received them in. (please - this means the item cannot be washed as if it has not been used and has all original packaging and tags attached).

Please refer to our warranty section for defect products.
Please note that all sales from "Clearance/ FINAL SALE" are final and not eligible for returns.

To Return Online Purchases:

1. The product must be unused, unopened and return must be made within 14 days.

2. Access the "My Orders" section of your account.

3. View the order from which you want to return an item. Click the button "Return Item(s)" and select the product(s) that you wish to return by entering the quantity for each.

5. Select the reason and/or provide an explanation for the return.

6. Select Canada.  Click Send.

7. Pack and ship the product. Once we receive the item we will inspect it and proceed with the refund (minus $10 Return Shipping Fee).

You will receive status updates by email. You can also log into your account to see the status of your return. If you do not have an account: Please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

1. Customer Name (the person who purchased the order);
2. Order Reference Number;
3. Order Date;
4. Item being returned;
5. Reason for return.

Once this information is received, you will be sent a return authorization number and a link to print your  return label. You will receive an email confirming your returned item has been received.

Please note:

1. We do not accept returns without notification.

2. Initial shipping fees for purchases are non-refundable.

$10 Return Shipping Fee will also be deducted from your refund.


3. Items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.

4. All refunds will be made using the same transactional method as the payment.


Order cancellations are possible before your order has been shipped and before you have received a shipping confirmation by email. You can verify your order's status online. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by following the process outlined above.


If you would like to exchange your product for a different color or a different item, please do a return of your initial item as described above and make another purchase online.


Canada Post's suggested Holiday Season mailing dates: parcels must be sent latest by the dates below for a guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
