CANADA - Orders are delivered in 3 to 5 business days in Canada for most major cities. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for remote areas.
USA - Orders are delivered in 5 to 10 business days for most major cities. Expect longer for remote areas.
Canada Post's suggested Holiday Season mailing dates: parcels must be sent latest by the dates below for a guaranteed delivery before Christmas.

Place your order on lunch porter.com and pick it up at our shop in Old Montreal. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
1. Shop Online - Look for the “Pick It Up” button
2. Check Out - Select your items, make payment. We will send an email to notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
3. Pick Up - Your products will be ready, in most cases within 24 hours and available for pick-up at our shop in Old Montreal. Present a valid ID for an easy and quick pick up.
No parking? After placing an order for pickup, request “Curb-side” Pickup. When you arrive, give us a call and we'll walk your order out to your car.

FREE RETURNS (in Canada only)
Take advantage of free returns from anywhere in Canada.
If you are not 100% satisfied you can return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All we ask is that you return items back to us in the original packaging and make sure the item is in the same condition you received them in.
For COVID health reasons, NO returns will be accepted unless the product is unused and is in original packaging.
Please refer to our warranty section for defect products.
Please note that all sales from "Clearance" are final and not eligible for returns.
To Return Online Purchases:
1. The product must be unused, unopened and return must be made within 14 days.
2. Access the "My Orders" section of your account.
3. View the order from which you want to return an item. Click the button "Return Item(s)" and select the product(s) that you wish to return by entering the quantity for each.
5. Select the reason and/or provide an explanation for the return.
6. Select Canada. Click Send.
7. Pack and ship the product. Once we receive the item we will inspect it and proceed with the refund.
You will receive status updates by email. You can also log into your account to see the status of your return. If you do not have an account: Please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
1. Customer Name (the person who purchased the order);
2. Order Reference Number;
3. Order Date;
4. Item being returned;
5. Reason for return.
Once this information is received, you will be sent a return authorization number and a link to print your free return label. You will receive an email confirming your returned item has been received.
1. We do not accept returns without notification.
2. Shipping fees for purchases are non-refundable.
3. Items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
4. All refunds will be made using the same transactional method as the payment.
Order cancellations are possible before your order has been shipped and before you have received a shipping confirmation by email. You can verify your order's status online. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by following the process outlined above.
If you would like to exchange your product for a different color or a different item, please do a return of your initial item as described above and make another purchase online.
