It will create onigiri in a matter of seconds. Just fill in the rice molds, press them between the two parts of the accessories. Push, and there you go!
Before you start, dampen the accessory so that rice does not stick;
Add cooked rice to the bottom of the accessory, and then the fillings (meat, veggies, pickles, etc.), and one more layer of rice;
Place the top part of the accessory on and firmly push down;
Take the top part of, and flip over the bottom of the accessory on a piece of seaweed;
Push the on the top to disengage the rice. Roll with the seaweed.
No sushi mat needed.
