TOKYO no NIHON FUROSHIKI
There are 2 towers in Tokyo Japan that symbolizes the metropolis, as well as being very popular sightseeing spots. The title of Furoshiki “TOKYO no Nihon” is designed with two patterns and colors so that when wrapping two bottles, it appears as the 2 symbolic towers in Tokyo.
Designed by Eiji Marui, graphic designer and associate professor of Kyoto university of art and design. It is designed in red and light blue on a diagonal and simple composition.
Designed in collaboration with theTokyo Metropolitan government and
Yamada Sen-i, which is one of the oldest Furoshiki makers in Japan.
