A furoshiki is a square-shaped cloth that has been used by Japanese people from ancient times for wrapping all kinds of things. A furoshiki is simple and functional.
This Furoshiki & handle set coordinates a black large soft leather handle with "kinran donsu" fabric, which is made by weaving a golden thread through a thick fabric called donsuji. It is modern without being showy, and produces a cool effect. These bags are suitable for use by not only women, but also men.
LEATHER HANDLE
Furoshiki handles are made with genuine tanned leather from Tochigi Leather Co.
The vegetable tanned leather is both solid and durable; the more you use the leather, the more charm it displays. In order to highlight the texture of this special leather, Tochigi dyes it using natural vegetable colors (natural vegetable extracts) and intentionally keeps the leather’s natural character including wrinkles and ripples.
D-rings used for this type of handles are made with zinc casting then plated with silver.
