I hear the term 18/8 stainless steel, what does it mean? Are yours 18/8?
18/8 is a simple way to indicate content of 2 ingredients amongst the many containers in stainless steel- chromium and nickel. Generally, more nickel means less chance of rust. Using this classification system, AIZAWA Stainless products are 18/8 and 18/10.
